Mercedes W212 E-Class Front Air Suspension Failure
Some W212 E-Class models with optional Airmatic suspension develop front air strut leaks. The front drops, the compressor runs excessively and the car rides on the bump stops. An SLS warning light illuminates. Individual strut replacement costs £300-600; a worn compressor may need replacement simultaneously.
