Mercedes W212 E-Class OM651 Swirl Flap Actuator P2015
The intake manifold swirl flap actuator on OM651 engines fails, storing P2015. The plastic actuator shaft shears or the motor fails. In severe cases the flap breaks off and enters the engine. Many specialists remove the flaps with a blanking plate as a permanent preventive measure. Actuator replacement costs £150-300.
